All information and materials on this website, including text, visuals, and links, are provided on an as-is and as available basis. Bison Embroidery does not guarantee that the website or its contents will always be accurate or free from errors. Your use of bisonembroidery.com is entirely at your own risk.
Bison Embroidery provides embroidery digitizing, vector art, color separation, custom patches, and other promotional design services. All designs are created based on the artwork and instructions provided by customers.
Payments are accepted through PayPal, and Stripe will be available soon.
New customers must make an advance payment before delivery of the final files.
Regular or monthly customers are billed according to the agreed monthly cycle.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Orders are delivered within the agreed time frame. Rush orders are available upon request and may include additional charges.
Small revisions such as stitch or artwork adjustments, are free.
Refunds are available within seven days if the file has a problem or does not meet approved requirements.
Refunds are not offered if the file was correctly delivered and later changes are requested.
After full payment, customers own the final design files for embroidery, printing, or other production use.
All logos and artwork created by Bison Embroidery, including designs, layouts, and graphics shown on this website, are the exclusive property of Bison Embroidery or used under license. Reproduction or resale, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written permission.
The user must have a valid business email address.
The user must verify their business before placing a free order.
The user must provide proof of business activity, such as a website or social media page.
Customers must provide clear and accurate artwork and instructions. Bison Embroidery is not responsible for errors caused by unclear or incorrect information.
While every effort is made to ensure quality, Bison Embroidery is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of its files or services.
All personal information is used only for order processing and communication.
Bison Embroidery does not share or sell customer information to any third party.
