Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed via email or our online system.
Customers are required to approve the final design before production begins.
Design & Artwork
Customers must provide original designs or ensure that designs do not infringe any copyright or trademark.
Any changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Embroidery patches: minimum order is 25 pieces per design.
All other patch types (PVC, Woven, Leather, Sublimation, etc.): minimum order is 50 pieces per design.
Payment Terms
50% payment is required before production begins.
The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery or scheduling shipment. Production will only start after the first 50% payment is cleared.
Orders will not be shipped until the full payment is received.
All custom-designed patches are non-refundable once production has started.
Production Time
Standard production time is 7–15 business days.
Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary; the supplier is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Quality & Defects
We ensure high-quality production; minor variations in color or size may occur and are considered normal.
Defective items will be replaced or corrected at no extra cost if reported within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect orders confirmed by our team. Custom-designed patches are non-refundable once production begins.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified before production starts.
Once production begins, cancellations or major changes are not possible.
Liability & Warranty
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective patches.
We do not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or post-delivery modifications. Patches are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for 7 days after delivery.
