At Bison Services, we stand behind the quality of our digitizing, vector art, and custom patchwork. This policy explains how revisions and refunds are handled for both digital files and physical products.
Revisions
We offer free minor revisions on all orders. This includes small adjustments to stitches, sizing, or artwork details to make sure the final result meets your expectations.
If a request involves major changes, such as redesigning the artwork, changing the concept, or submitting a new file after approval, it may be treated as a new order and billed separately.
For the best results, we recommend reviewing your proof carefully before approval.
Digital Files (Digitizing and Vector Art)
All digital files are delivered online, typically within a few hours.
If there is a technical issue with the file or it does not meet the approved requirements, you may request a revision or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are only issued if the issue cannot be resolved through revisions.
Once a file has been approved and correctly delivered as requested, refunds will not be issued for any changes requested afterward.
Custom Patches
Custom patches are made based on the approved design and are delivered within 15 business days.
If there is a manufacturing defect or the patches do not match the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
Refunds or replacements are not available for issues caused by incorrect approvals, design changes after production, or normal variations in thread color and stitching.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before work has started for a full refund.
If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of the order. Custom patch orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
