Bison Embroidery offers two separate services: digital embroidery digitizing files and physical embroidered patches. The following shipping and delivery policies apply according to the type of product ordered.
1. Digital Embroidery Files
Digital embroidery files are delivered electronically via email or an online download link. No physical shipping or shipping charges apply to digital files. Delivery timelines depend on the agreed order turnaround time.
2. Physical Embroidered Patches
Physical embroidered patches are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery timeframe is 10–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and order requirements. Delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Applicable shipping charges and any customs duties or import taxes will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
