๐Ÿงต   What formats can I send my artwork in?

We accept all common file types including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and SVG. Even a low-resolution image or a photo of a hand-drawn sketch works. You don’t need a vector file to get started โ€” just send what you have and we’ll take it from there.

We deliver your finished stitch file in every format your machine needs โ€” DST, PES, EXP, JEF, HUS, XXX, VP3, EMB, VIP, and more. Just tell us your machine brand and model and we’ll send the correct format automatically. All formats are included at no extra charge.

Standard turnaround is 3โ€“12 hours for left-chest and cap logos. Medium designs (up to 20,000 stitches) take 5โ€“10 hours. Large or complex designs (40Kโ€“80K stitches) may take 6โ€“48 hours. Rush delivery is available โ€” add $5โ€“$20 depending on the design tier for a 1โ€“4 hour turnaround.

Unlimited โ€” and they’re always free. We edit your stitch file until it sews out exactly the way you want it. There are no revision limits and no extra charges. Small adjustments to stitching, sizing, or colors are handled quickly. If the scope changes significantly (e.g., a completely new design is submitted after approval), that may be treated as a new order.

We optimize every file for your specific material. We work with polos, jackets, caps, hats, towels, uniforms, fleece, denim, canvas, and stretch fabrics. Stitch density, underlay type, and pull compensation are all adjusted per fabric โ€” so you get clean results without puckering, gaps, or thread breaks.

We digitize flat embroidery logos, 3D puff designs, jacket back art, cap/hat digitizing, appliquรฉ, chenille, sleeve/cuff branding, cross-stitch, and towel embroidery. From simple left-chest logos to complex multi-color mascots โ€” if it can be stitched, we can digitize it.

๐ŸŽจ   What file formats do you accept for vector conversion?

We accept any image format โ€” JPG, PNG, PDF, even low-quality photos or scanned sketches. You don’t need to have a vector file already. Send us whatever you have and our team will manually redraw it into a clean, production-ready vector.

We deliver your finished artwork in AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF โ€” fully editable and print-ready. If you have a specific program or printer requirement, just let us know and we’ll format accordingly. All formats are included in every order.

Simple logos and basic shapes are usually ready in 12โ€“24 hours. Standard layered designs take 24โ€“36 hours. Complex shapes and detailed artwork take 36โ€“72 hours. Rush delivery is available for an additional $5โ€“$10 fee depending on the tier.

Pricing starts at $10ย for basic shapes and text. Standard layered designs areย $25. Complex shapes and multi-path artwork range fromย $45โ€“$70. Background removal and image cleanup services are available fromย $10โ€“$25. All plans include unlimited revisions and editable source files.

Every file is manually traced by our team โ€” we do not rely on software auto-trace. Auto-tracing tools like Illustrator’s Image Trace often produce messy, unusable anchor points on complex artwork. Our hand-redrawn vectors are clean, precise, and production-tested to work without rework on your end.

Yes. We offer professional spot color separation, process color (CMYK), simulated process, and index color separation โ€” ready to hand directly to your screen printer or DTF shop. Each color is broken into its own clean layer for accurate, consistent reproduction.

Your vector file works for screen printing, DTF printing, sublimation, laser cutting, vinyl cutting, signage, embroidery digitizing, large-format banners, and any other application that requires scalable artwork. Since it’s built on math-based paths, it stays perfectly sharp at any size โ€” from a small label to a full building wrap.

Absolutely. Scan your sketch or take a clear photo and send it over. Our team will clean it up, redraw it as a precise vector, and deliver a polished file ready for print or production. This is one of our most popular requests for logo creation and custom artwork projects.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ   What types of custom patches do you make?

We produce embroidered patches, woven patches/labels, PVC/rubber patches, leather patches, sublimation patches, chenille patches, military patches, blank patches, and custom name patches. Each type is available in a wide range of sizes, shapes, and backing options to suit any garment or use case.

Embroidered, woven, and leather patches can be made up to 12 inches. Printed/sublimation patches can go up to 18 inches. PVC and bullion patches go up to 5 inches. The minimum size starts at approximately 1 inch. Patch size is calculated by averaging the height and width of the design. For patches larger than 7 inches, contact us directly for a quote.

For embroidered patches, the minimum order is 25 pieces per design. For all other patch types (PVC, Woven, Leather, Sublimation, etc.), the minimum is 50 pieces per design. Each order supports one design in one size โ€” different sizes require separate orders. Contact us if you need a smaller run and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Sew-on backing is included free with all patches. Additional backing options available on request include iron-on (heat press), peel-and-stick adhesive, Velcro hook side only, and Velcro hook and loop (both sides). Pricing varies based on the backing type selected. For Velcro orders, the hook side is attached to the back of the patch by default; the loop side is also included with standard orders.

We offer four border types: merrowed borderย (thick stitched edge, best for simple shapes like circles and ovals),ย embroidered borderย (follows the exact shape of your design, ideal for complex outlines),ย simple cut edgeย (minimal, modern look for basic shapes), andย complicated cut edgeย (for sharp curves or highly detailed outlines). Satin/merrowed border is included free on most orders; other styles may vary in price.

Standard production and delivery is up to 15 working days after design approval. Rush production is available for time-sensitive orders at an additional fee. Production does not begin until you have approved the final proof and the first 50% payment is confirmed.

๐Ÿญ   Which embroidery machines do you support?

We support all major home and commercial machines including Brother, Janome, Bernina, Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, Happy, SWF, Melco, and Pfaff โ€” as well as most other brands. Just tell us your machine brand and model number when ordering and we’ll deliver the correct file format automatically.

Stitch density controls how tightly stitches are packed together in your design. Too high and the fabric puckers or the needle breaks. Too low and the design looks sparse or see-through. We optimize density specifically for your garment type โ€” lighter for stretch fabrics like Jersey and polo, denser for stiff materials like denim, canvas, or caps โ€” so your design sews out perfectly every time.

Yes, proper underlay stitching is built into every file we produce. Underlay is a base layer of stitching placed before the top design that stabilizes the fabric, fills uneven texture (like towels or fleece), and ensures your top stitching lies flat and registers correctly. Without proper underlay, designs can sink, shift, or look rough on textured fabrics.

Pull compensation is a technique where we slightly extend design elements outward to counteract the natural inward pull of stitching during sewing. Without it, your embroidered design will appear slightly smaller or distorted compared to your original artwork. We apply the correct pull compensation for each stitch type and fabric so your finished result matches your design closely and accurately.

Yes. If you have an existing stitch file that has thread breaks, registration issues, poor density, or outdated formatting, we’ll re-digitize it from your original artwork. Send us the original image (not just the .dst/.pes file) and we’ll rebuild it cleanly from scratch.

Contact us right away. Take a clear photo of the stitched-out result and tell us what’s wrong โ€” thread breaks, misalignment, poor density, gaps, etc. We’ll revise the file and re-deliver it at no extra charge. Our unlimited revision policy means we work with you until the file sews out exactly as expected.

Each order covers one design at one size. Different sizes require separate digitizing files because stitch count, density, and element sizing must all be recalculated for each size. Additional sizes can be ordered separately โ€” contact us for volume discounts when ordering multiple size variants of the same design.

Embroidered patches use thread stitched onto a base fabric โ€” great for bold, textured designs, uniforms, and premium use. Woven patches are made on precision loom machines with fine polyester or rayon threads โ€” ideal for small text, fine detail, brand labels, and corporate apparel. Embroidered patches have a raised texture; woven patches are thinner and smoother with a printed-like appearance.
