Your Design Files: The artwork you send us to create your patches, digitize, or convert into a vector.

We do not handle your sensitive payment details directly. All payments are processed through secure third-party services like PayPal, Stripe and other authentic payment methods. We only see that you’ve paid, not your credit card or bank information.
We promise not to sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other companies. The only time we share your name and address is with our shipping partner (like FEDEX or UPS) so they can deliver your patches to you.
Your artwork is completely confidential. We use it only to create what you ordered. We will not use, share, or sell your design unless you give us specific permission (for example, to show it as an example in our portfolio).
Our website may use “cookies” (small data files) to help it work properly, like remembering items in your cart or if you’re logged in. These cookies don’t contain your personal information.
